Week in Review: September 4-7What a busy short week! We tackled rounding and a math test as well as planning for and writing short stories. We are nearing the end of Night of the Spadefoot Toad and the excitement is building!
Looking Ahead
We'll be back to our regular spelling routine next week. Yes! In math, we'll be taking a break from place value work to focus a bit more on measurement and volume, and in science we'll be researching some endangered species in our region. The plan is to finish Night of the Spadefoot Toads. As a team, we'll keep working on direction following and focus in class. Magnet Monday starts!
Students of the Week
Michael and Anthony really stepped up this week! They were noticed by their classmates for helping out on some tough math problems as well as jumping in when others needed a partner or a helping hand around the class.
