Week in Review: October 18-22
The fifth graders did great this week as they started their Taiko drumming residency with Mr. Tony. They'll be working hard for the next 2 weeks as they master the song for their performances November 1 and 2. In math, we've been working on becoming fluent with the multiplication algorithm. Keep practicing those multiplication facts, fifth graders! We also began our intensive study of Colonial America in a lead up to the Revolutionary War.

Looking Ahead
Keep an eye out for traveling folders next week and take a peek at several concept quizzes. Next week, we'll continue our studies of Colonial America and begin a mini unit on Algebra.
